Yes. The minimum order quantity may vary depending on the product. You will find the exact minimum order quantity for your chosen product on the product details page above the stock and despatch information.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please get in touch with our Customer Service.

No. You can make a purchase in our shop as a guest, too. If you order as a guest, your details are not stored, since no customer account is created for you. If you would like to register for your next order, you can do this using the same e-mail address. Of course, you can also place multiple orders as a visitor.

To order as a visitor: Finish shopping and proceed to checkout. You then have the option to register or to order as a visitor.

Registered customers have the advantage of being able to review the status of their orders whenever they wish.

We have introduced tiered pricing for many fabrics. You will find the tiered prices on the product detail page under the price per metre.

Should you wish to order larger quantities of an item, please contact our Customer Service department.

Yes. We have created "My fabric table" for you for this purpose. You can gather together and store your favourite fabrics and sewing accessories here. You can arrange the pictures in the unique Fabric Counter view, for instance according to projects, or you can combine colours or simply place your items directly from the Fabric Counter into your shopping basket. You can also zoom in and zoom out of pictures and copy them virtually at your will.

Watched items are stored on an ongoing basis for registered customers, and for guests for a period of only 30 days.

As a registered customer, you can change your user data under "Customer Data" in the customer area.

To delete your customer account, please contact our Customer Service department.
