Cork is a lightweight and natural material suitable for a range of craft projects.

CORK: This wonderful material is a sustainable natural product that can be used as a vegan alternative to leather. As well as its eco-friendly properties, cork is also water-resistant and stain-resistant, durable and anti-static.
  • The cork is composed of 65% polyester / 35% cotton (reverse) and 100% cork (finished side).
  • YOUR SEWING PROJECT: You can get really creative with cork. How about a lovely coaster or stylish book cover? Or you can even use thin cork to sew amazing bags or create DIY bracelets. Thicker material is perfect for pinboards or decorative details. It’s best to use fabric clips when cutting cork. There’s no need to finish edges, and you can even glue or treat the surface. Be careful not to make holes in the rigid material when sewing.
