Girl’s Dress - Check Dress - Bell-shaped Skirt

Here is a dress for everyday but still pretty enough for a special occasion. The bell-shaped skirt is nice and swingy, best cut on the bias if you are working with a check print.

Recommended fabrics: Cotton fabrics, satin, lightweight wools

Notions: ABC: Invisible zipper, 24” (60 cm) long. Bias tape, 1-5/8" (4 cm) wide: A: 42” - 46” (105 – 115 cm), BC: 14” - 16” (35 – 40 cm). AB: Ribbon, 1" (2.5 cm) wide: A: 48” - 52” (120 – 130 cm), B: 30” - 34” (75 – 85 cm). B: Fusible interfacing, 36" (90 cm) wide: 8” (20 cm). 1 belt buckle without prong, 1" (2.5 cm) wide.
