Tapestry Fabrics (Gobelin)

Tapestry fabrics are all the rage again with their intricately woven patterns and motifs creating an embroidered effect! Traditionally, high-quality interior fittings were made from this very durable fabric, particularly cushions, tablecloths, curtains and throws for sofas. Sturdy tapestry fabrics are easy to cut to size and work with but they are also prone to fraying. Make sure you finish the edges carefully after cutting.
